Madison, WI —IDDBA is the essential resource for dairy,
deli, and bakery professionals. IDDBA commissions original research, purchases
data, maintains a library, and tracks hundreds of news sources to bring important
industry information to our readers. Annually, IDDBA produces a research book
on a timely topic and a trends report called What's in Store. Check out our
newest titles below.
What's in Store 2010 is our annual "numbers book" for dairy, deli, bakery,
cheese, and foodservice data. It tracks product movement, sales growth, department
trends, consumer trends, lifestyles, bio-technology, and historical data. It
is essential for marketing, sales presentations, and category research.
As we seek solutions in today's uncertain economic climate, we have to look
at the mindset of today's consumer and understand the pressures, psychological
drivers, and behaviors that are influencing their shopping and buying decisions.
IDDBA commissioned Datassential to do an in-depth study of 3,500 consumers.
The result of that extensive survey is IDDBA's newest research project, The
New Value Shopper.
For Health & Wellness: The Purpose-Driven Consumer, IDDBA commissioned
Sloan Trends, Inc., to do a national survey about the role that health concerns
play in consumer purchases, especially in the dairy, deli, and bakery departments.
The results appear along with an extensive review of the healthy foods marketplace.
IDDBA offers an extensive collection of research, training and educational
resources. To order these or any of IDDBA's other materials go to www.iddba.org
