We`ve said it before and it`s worth repeating: "Great cake decorators are made, not born!" It takes special skill, creativity, patience, and hand-eye coordination. During the three-day competition, each contestant will create a wedding cake; decorate enough cakes to fill a seven-foot bakery case; and complete three special-event cakes.
